FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER

The Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager is responsible for the effective management and running of the restaurant and bar operations including menu design and pricing, event planning support, scheduling, food ordering, preparation and production, inventory, cash control, compliance with alcohol policies, cleaning, safety, guest service, team member training and supervision, troubleshooting, closing duties and any other tasks assigned by the Marketing Director and/or Chief Operations Officer.  He/she is also responsible for the execution of policies and procedures within the department by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.
