The F&B Supervisor is responsible for all team members working in the Restaurant. Ensures food is served in a timely manner & beverage is served professionally. Responsible for the supervision and running of restaurant operations including, event planning support, scheduling, inventory, cash control, compliance with alcohol policies, cleaning, safety, guest service, team member training and supervision according to Blackbird Bend Casino standards and assures superior guest service is extended at all times. The F&B Supervisor is also responsible for maintaining a team member-focused culture that results in high-performance, empowerment, setting and reaching goals, and overall quality in BBC workforce. Additionally, the F&B Supervisor works closely with the F&B manger to promote the company’s culture, mission and philosophy. Supports their peers offering guidance and modeling leadership.
